Are there any drugs that make muscles grow by themself. Not steroids that just heal muscles quicker?

anabolic steroids overwise known as epo copies natural hormones, it allows you to train harder, rapid muscle growth, and less time needed to rest. as far as i know there is no drug which makes mucle grow on its on as muscles will not unless worked.
