Legal Ultimate Stimulants?

I need to ask how this is possible and how this is moral.....I must say i have done alot but these new legal Bath salts are a bit much especially for who can buy them. I bought some, did some, and its as dangerous as coke, same effect, addictiveness, feelings, euphoria, etc....but this stuff is legal....HOW? I am of age, smart, responsible and will try new things always but this stuff is available to high school students who do not know any better and I want to know what others think about that....I think its a very bad thing introducing any so called legal super stimulant to young people. How is this legal and what is your opinion?
