Vibration in my ears?

It only occurs at night, but I have a pulsing or vibration noice in my ears. I usually notice it more if I drink, but even if I've only had one glass of wine I will hear it. Its so loud and it happens almost every night. And I've only had one ear infection in my life and that was when I was a kid. Anyone know what it could be? Or what is causing it?
