Is this a normal reaction to Strattera? Decrease in focus?

I have been on Strattera for 8+ years so I don't entirely remember what it was like to begin with, but I do know that I am actually on 40mg per day so you might consider adjusting your dosage. Another thought: I have always paired my Strattera with Fluoxitine. These two medications have always made the (positive) difference for me.
