Is this a bad idle or motor mounts?

Open your hood, watch your engine through whatever space you can see through, start the engine, keep you foot on the brake, put it in D and give it a little gas, then put it in R and give it a little gas, you watch the engine for one side lifting up, that's the side that's bad. If the engine lifts up in both D and R it's both motor mounts, don't forget the transmission mount.
