Why does my body ache after taking sudaphed and drinking caffeine?

I never do this but my allergy was bad so I chewed on a sudaphed then an hour later I went to Starbucks to get a grande cappachino. There I was and all of a sudden I'm sensitive to noise my face feels numb, it's hard to make eye contact cuz I feel like it's twitching. I can feel my muscles feeling achey and stiff. What causes this and what is going on inside my body when this happens. I hate caffiene I just feel like i over did on stimulants.
