Does 1,3 Dimethylamylamine shrink your penis or testicles?

I've been taking a pre-workout supplement called Jack3d for about a month now and have noticed some great results and increase in strength. I've heard that 1,3 Dimethylamylamine can however, shrink your penis and or testicles because it is a stimulant and a performance enhancing drug? Is this true?
