Does anybody know anything about Nightlight XTC pills?

So a head shop in my town has started selling these pills called Nightlights and there labled as a sex stimulant, but when you take them they make you really happy and jittery(there really party pills). A friend of mine who loves experimenting with drugs said it feels like he is on Ritalin and Cocaine at the same time. I tried one and it made me feel great that night but then the next day i felt awful and drained. I also couldn't eat and had to force myself to even drink water. They also make your mouth very active. Like i couldnt stop grinding my teeth and my mouth got so dry i could barely talk. Based on these side effects these things can NOT be healthy for you. So what i'm asking is what is in these things and how bad is it for you?
