Ive been told I have vibration white finger?

it has been confirmed my numerous doctors and tests I have vibration white finger.i have been geing bad pains in my hands waking up with them locked,i have now developed athritus im only 40, I've been welding for 25 years but my carreer looks like its going to end as im struggling with my work.ive been thinking putting a claim in for compensation how much am I likely to get?is it worth the hassle? Im virtually unable to work
