Slow pulse while dipping?

im 15 and idk i checked it cause i was feeling relaxed kinda like when i used to get a buzz its been 6 months i dont get one no more and my pulse was 61 bpm which is low normal but i thought nicotine was a stimulant shouldnt mine be slightly high? why would it have this effect?
