Why am i getting short breath, bad cold sweat, really small pupils, and high heart rate from taking vicodin?

i took my other presctiption earlier today called vyvanse and its a stimulant so i was think it was becaused i mixed the 2 in a day... but im trying to keep my body temp up because it dropped to 95.7 but now its back up... what should i do?? is this normal??
