Would ex-lax (stimulant laxative) interfere with absorption of anti-biotics (in this case, Cipro)?

I went to the doctor recently and discovered my ex-girlfriend left me a little farewell present in the genital region. Anyways, we prescribed me an anti-biotic, Cipro, in addition to a moderate dosage of Vicodin for the pain. I've been taking both medications per instruction. Now, as is common knowledge, opiates, such as Vicodin, cause constipation. I've been experiencing this side-effect for three days now, and finally broked down and took Ex-Lax. It worked great, but now I'm afraid the laxative will interfere with the absoprtion of the Cipro. Will it?
