The front brake rotor won't come off. What do I do?

The rotor itself isn't all that worn. But I get a serious vibration when I hit the brakes. I figure the rotor is warped. But it would not come off. I hammered it mightily. I sprayed it with wd40 and even heated it up with a propane torch. The bolts are not centered on the rotor. What do I do? Get a brick; a sledge hammer? Thanks! (It's a 2004 Saturn Ion).
